Bulk & export
The bulk and export section is designed for wholesalers, distributors, food-service operators, manufacturers and importers who buy ingredients or recipe mixes in commercial quantities. An effective enquiry should identify the product, physical form, target quantity, preferred pack format, destination country, intended use and any customer-specific standard. That information allows the supplier to confirm whether the requested specification, documentation and packaging can actually be supported.
How we apply this
Bulk spice supply can involve whole, cracked, flaked, granulated or ground material. Recipe mixes may require retail sachets, cartons, family packs or food-service formats. The correct choice affects freight efficiency, shelf life, handling and the customer's own production process. Minimum order quantities and lead times should therefore be quoted for the real configuration rather than published as universal numbers before manufacturing and freight assumptions are known.
What must be verified
For cross-border trade, Incoterms, tariff classification, origin documents, health or phytosanitary controls where applicable, pallet configuration, batch coding, certificates and destination-market labelling should be agreed in writing. This site does not claim that one document set fits every country. The destination and product determine what must be checked before dispatch.
